Background

The mission of the ATD IPT is to rapidly create unique expeditionary prototypes driven by Service level needs, shaped by Fleet engagement, matured in collaboration with subject matter experts and established transition partners increasing United States Marine Corps (USMC) lethality alongside Joint and Coalition partners. To do this, the IPT will be focused on situational awareness, information sharing and decision support capability, while ensuring and instituting a campaign of learning.

Requirements

  • This PWS provides systems engineering, technical and management support services to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in support of all Advanced Technology Development (ATD) Integrated Product Team (IPT) initiatives whose primary customers consist of, but are not limited to, Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). This support encompasses expeditionary prototyping, systems engineering, networking, Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), hardware engineering, software development and integration, testing, configuration management, quality control, logistics, Command and Control (C2) systems support, training, exercise and fielding support and cybersecurity functions with continuous monitoring, covering the system lifecycle for tactical equipment, tactical software applications and services, and terrestrial and satellite communications.
