16–Heat Exchanger

NSN 7R-1660-016909781-P8, TDP VER 001, QTY 5 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. In the case an offeror is not already considered an approved source by the government, an offeror can furnish along with their offer an FAA Part 145 Repair Station Certificate for review by the government. Upon confirmation of certification to perform the solicited repair, the offer will be considered by the government. If award is made to such an offeror, one of the following documents will be required along with each repaired part upon completion of the repair: -FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthiness Approval Tag -European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Form 1 -Australian Defense Aviation Safety Authority and -Civil Aviation Safety Authority (DASA/CASA) Form 1.
